Super 8 By Wyndham Normal Bloomington Motel

Room smelled like cigar smoke.I had to plug in T,V. microwave,all lights were turned at light.I hit light switch and nothing happened.Bathroom was dirty,piece of galvanized water pipe siliconed into shower as grab bar.Super 8 needs to put so money into this location,and new management.Quality was missing all together. My feeling is this is a facility their trying to sqeeze the last dollar out of before they close it!!!! I won't be back.

Requestend ground floor unit on account of hip problems though fell on deaf ears. More like a dormitory than a hotel. I've travelled the continent, never seen a continental breakfast like this.Went next door to restaurant to eat. Unsecured internet really isn't internet at all. Unrealistic scores from Booked.net need to reflect feedback from traveller. This motel should receive 1 out of 10- bet it doesn'T.

My room included climate control, multi-channel TV and a microwave. The location was good for me.

I requested a handicapped room, I made my reservation 6 hrs before arrival. The first night the front desk clerk could not accomadate us- he had no room available. He walked in the back to find my reservation on the fax machine! The next morning I received a call at 9:00 am telling me they have a handicapp room now available. They woke us up! I got dressed met with the desk clerk to see what the differences were in rooms. I told him to just leave us where we are. I was not ready to switch rooms that early! I also thought this hotel had a swimming pool on the premises- we were more disappoointed! Another thing the continential breakfast they offer- I believe they should be extended till at least 10:00am not 9:00.

coffee available without coffee pot. Entire Hotel smelled like stale smoke. Hair in bathtub and on top of toilet.My coat smelled like smoke the next morning and I hd to remove.

It was a fine place to stay in Bloomington.

Would stay here again as they provided great service. Everything is perfectly fine, I loved it. The location is good, in the middle of jackson. The place to have lunch at a medium distance from the hotel is Zen Express. Special thanks to superfriendly staff for making my stay a great experience👌

great access to parks and cafes for city exploration

I appreciated that my stay provided me with easy access to Shepard Park, just under 5 km away, and the amazing Children's Discovery Museum, about 3 km from my spot, making it easy for me to enjoy the local scenery and attractions during my weekend strolls.

I enjoyed a peaceful weekend getaway here. The front desk staff was cute and provided great local dining recommendations. The room was spacious and inviting. Pro tip, try to get a room on a higher floor for a quieter experience!

The kids loved the pool and the nearby pizza place made for a great dinner option too. Just a heads-up, the carpet could use a good cleaning, but overall, we were happy with our choice 😊

Comfortable room, convenient location, with free parking and air conditioning to enhance our stay.

The staff were friendly, and our room wassuper clean and cozy, perfect for our group of friends. Just be mindful of the room rates. They can be a bit steep for the amenities provided.

We enjoyed the spacious room, good water pressure in the shower, and the comfy bedding. Felt very at home !
